I’ve never felt compelled to write a review until now. We were excited to hear that the Bathing Pavillion was going to be restored. We thought it was great timing to look at the space for a business function and also I personally thought it might be a possibility for my wedding. I am in the theatre and music industry and have held and been to many functions over the years. I am sad to say I have NEVER come across such bad customer service.
The stuff don't smile, the new events manager is unprofessional and the owner who I wanted to complain about only I realised he IS the owner, is unenthusiastic and simply not really interested.. they all seam so sad.
Very strange, esp. as it's a new place so you would think they want the business! I've also heard the food is not great although I haven't dared part with my money to confirm this as I found their approach so disappointing.

Yes - I agree. It's a perfect location but second rate place. Did the Council have something to do with it?
