It's an office building in one of Melbourne's main city streets - Collins St (No 120 I think) Houses mining companies and accountant/consultancy firms I think. It's at what people here call the "Paris end of Collins street" - thaat is the eastern end. Called the Paris end because of the designer shops trees etc I think.
